“I try to get loads of sleep, I’m quite a napper, and I try to maintain a healthy, fresh diet. I love cooking, so I’ve always cooked most meals from scratch and rarely go in for processed food. I think that makes a huge difference. Go easy on the booze, don’t smoke (worst thing you can possibly do) and cleanse your face properly!”
Cleansing Balm - Emma Hardie
“Heaven in a pot. It’s quite sad, I suppose, that I look forward to washing my face so much, but this is a super-luxe cleansing ritual that lifts the spirits as well as sagging, tired faces. Follow the massage instructions and I promise that you’ll become quite addicted to this gorgeously scented balm.”

It’s like rocket fuel. I’d say once or twice a week is enough for my skin… “
