“Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born.” – Anais Nin

A new health package has been declared: it’s called Friendship.

We all love our best friends and miss them when they are gone. Research now suggests that friends not only make you feel happier – but are also great for your health.

A study following 300.000 people for 7.5 years  – shows that strong social ties increase your longevity. Having good friends helps to boost your immunity, helps you to lose weight and keep it off, reduces stress and acts as an anti-depressant. Amazing!

Never, ever let go of your bestie.
