Beauty discoveries that have become staples
I get introduced to a lot of beauty products – new ones are constantly being tried and tested. Some get a nod of approval, but somehow do not fill a gap big enough to become staples. Very few impress enough to stay on my dressing table – but the three fabulous discoveries below have.

BIODERMA HYDRABIO EAU DE SOIN SPF30 50ML - £9.00
I recently discovered this in my local Chiswick pharmacy. Instantly taken, I have used it every day since.
The ‘Bioderma Hydrabio Eau De Soin Spf 30’ has just been launched, and is a lightweight mist that can be sprayed on your face during any step of your morning makeup routine or throughout the day. It is incredibly light, and dries instantly, while adding moisture and UV protection in one. You can use it after applying your usual makeup, and it will help set your look for the day too.
From now on, I won’t be going anywhere without it.
Fragrance-free. Non-comedogenic. Hypoallergenic. Paraben-free. Excellent for sensitive skin.

No7 Instant Radiance Under Eye Concealer £13.50
I have been struggling to find the perfect-under eye concealer for some time – that is until now. And what I love more about this product is that I can buy from my local Boots store.
This ‘No .7 Instant Radiance Under Eye Concealer ‘ is for me hands down the best one I have tried – beating many much more expensive brands like the ‘Touch Eclat ‘from Yves Saint Laurent (which retails at £25, so you can almost get 2 No. 7’s for the price of one). It lightly covers and luminates, while blending and absorbing beautifully into the skin.
The one for me is the lightest shade number 10, but with 8 different shades available, they will cover most of us. If you haven’t found your perfect concealer yet you might want to give this one a try.

Creme De La Mer - The moisturising soft cream 30ml - £108.00
I was lucky enough to get invited to a PR launch for this cream in January and walked away away with a lovely 30ml pot for free (oh thank you higher powers!)
I have in the past, when feeling very flush, invested in a pot of the original legendary ‘Crem De La Mer’ cream – but had fallen out of love a little due to the thickness of the cream and the fact that it is a bit of a faff having to warm it up in your hands before applying..oh and the price…and the fact that everyone else steals it (I know I didn’t use it all that fast!)
This cream has all the gorgeous properties of the original, but has a much more supple, easy to apply texture. It is divine! Unfortunately this is now my favourite cream hands-down. Skin really does feel refreshed and renewed after application. It glows. Having now finished my gorgeous sample pot I will be investing again. It really is rather special. Crème de la ME?! Yes please.
Hint to husband: perfect birthday present.
Until next time.
